Please note: Effective August 1, 2021 our rates have changed:

Weekday Rental:
(Monday – Thursday)
-$150 Full Day Rental.
-Includes: Tables, Chairs & WiFi

Weekend Rental:
(Friday – Sunday)
-$200 Full Day Rental
-Includes: Tables, Chairs & WiFi

Half-day rates may be available so give us a call to find out.

If you are a non-profit looking for a space for programming, give us a call to talk about options.

$50.00 fully-refundable damage deposit required to confirm rental. If your plans change, please cancel at least one (1) week before your scheduled event to receive a refund.

Alcohol is prohibited unless an ATC approved caterer has been hired & turned over proof of appropriate paperwork to The Garage. Failure to adhere to this will result in a forfeit of the deposit & ban from using the facility.
